I don't want to call this a tutorial because I kinda just dumped a bunch of different lip expressions and threw in some words and attempted...kinda to show you how lips change in shape and are stretched out. But to be honest, this is how I taught myself years ago, I do not follow these steps anymore nowadays I just go for it and use the face to guide if the lips are proportionate. Hope it can help someone out, and or it's at least interesting for ya~
Helpful hint: If you really want to sharpen up your lips/mouth drawing abilities post up by your computer or paper (whatever your medium) with a mirror, make some funny faces at yourself and reference draw.
Fun fact: That is what I did for the hard ones.
